Sluggishness

VNS has to load and display database items (DEMs and vectors) when a project is opened. The larger the database and the greater the area it covers, the longer this process will take. Projects with several hundred thousand vectors can make VNS frustratingly slow. Simply and trim shapefiles before import and load only the ones you need.
