ECW and JPEG 2000 texture export problems

VNS 3 seems to have problems with the ECW DLLs, which changed around the time of its release. ERMapper changed hands and the DLLs are not well supported anymore. VNS 3 can read ECW/JP2 but has trouble writing them now.

Viewpoints

WCS and VNS cameras are exported to Viewpoints in NVE. The process is described in the NVE tutorial. To create additional NVE Viewpoints, create additional cameras in VNS and export them with Scene Express. As a faster alternative, you can hand-edit the NVE file and re-sign it if you're familiar with the NVE code.
