Shore, shallow, and deep water Ecosystems

A Lake Component Beach Material controls Ecosystem placement associated with the lake. Create a Material Gradient Driver, add a Texture, and use Dynamic Parameter-Water Depth to drive the Materials. A positive input value is depth below the water surface and a negative value is height above the water.

» Shore Ecosystem between 0 m and a negative value (e.g., -1 m)
» Shallow Water Ecosystem between 0 m and small positive value
» Deep Water Ecosystem beyond Shallow Water Ecosystem
